Framar Health (now referred to as The Business) accepts no liability (to the fullest extent of the law) for the accuracy of information contained within the website or other relating media. These errors may be typographical or technical.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SERVICE IS NOT INTENDED NOR IMPLIED TO BE AND YOU WILL NOT USE IT AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE. The Service is presented by the Provider for the sole purpose of disseminating health information for public benefit. IT IS NOT INTENDED TO BE, AND YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE, THE PROVISION OR PRACTICE OF MEDICAL, NURSING, OR PROFESSIONAL HEALTH CARE ADVICE OR SERVICES IN ANY JURISDICTION. A USERS’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE.

Secure transactions

Our online credit card processing is carried out by Square and Stripe. This secure processor ensures all customer details are encrypted and are never disclosed to third parties. The Business will not approach you for credit card details, if you believe you have received fraudulent emails please contact The Business immediately. Payments may also be made in our secure area (non Square payments) and will be processed offline.

Discounted products

The Business may offer heavily reduced prices in its discounted section. Products may be discounted for a number of reasons, surplus copies, old stock, and slight damages (e.g. scratch) being the most prominent. Please read the description for each item before purchasing. For refunds please see our refunds policy.

Promotions

Promotional vouchers may only be used one per transaction. The Business distributes promotional vouchers free of charge, they remain the property of The Business and therefore we reserve the right to not accept them.

Access to Framar Health

Framar Health grants you limited personal use of this site. You may not download or modify any portion of the website without prior written consent from Framar Health. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Framar Health. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques or screen grabs to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of framarhealth.com and our affiliates without express written consent. Breaching our copyright will result in prosecution.

Clinic therapies & services

While attending the Framar Health Clinic, your care will be under the Care of the Practitioner with whom your appointment was made.

The Practitioners involved in your Care are independent practitioners and are not employees of the Framar Health Clinic. Framar Health Clinic will not be liable for any act or omission of a Practitioner. The Practitioner will be responsible for the Care that they provide you.

Pricing Policy:

Please note that the price of any treatment is determined based on the rates applicable on the day of the treatment, not the day of booking.  Our prices are subject to change without prior notice.  We strive to keep our clients informed of any changes in our pricing and encourage you to verify the current rates when confirming your appointment.  This policy ensures that our pricing structure remains fair and responsive to any change in operational costs or market conditions.

Clients paying  with medical insurance:​

  • You are responsible for paying for your Care and claiming from the insurer after the appointment.

  • Some insurers guidelines may not match the professional accreditation of the Practitioners involved in your Care. In certain cases this can mean that your insurer decides not pay for certain parts of the service or therapy you have received. You will be required to pay for that part of your Care.

Clinic Appointment Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or fee. This policy allows us to allocate time to other clients in need of our services. Thank you for your understanding.

Important

We reserve the right to alter our privacy policy and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right
to refuse to serve anyone for any reason, which need not be disclosed.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by us:

- when we are not in breach of care
- you have breached our terms and conditions
- it is a non-consumer loss, i.e. lost data, business interruptions and lost profits
If any part of these terms and conditions are proved unfair under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999, the remaining contract will still act.
