Summer Vibing

During this unusually hot Belfast weather it's hard not to dream of the holiday lifestyle; lounging by the pool or sunbathing at the beach without a care in the world. However the reality of Belfast heat is slogging away doing the same old chores that always need done in 24 degrees - fun! But I must not moan - watching my 5 year old run his socks off on sports day when it was a dry, warm Belfast day was fab. As is blogging in the garden whilst nursing an ice cold beverage ;)

So with even Northern Ireland experiencing holiday climes, my attention is drawn to getting my summer vibes on and prepping for holiday. We all know that the sun is very necessary for our health and our vitamin D production, as well as greatly improving mood (or am I the only one?!). But balance is key, and protection from the damaging UVA and UVB rays is vital.
